The historic moment in the life of St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral in Parma, Ohio, occurred during the spiritual celebration of the feast day of the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ on December 25th. The Divine Christmas Liturgy was a profound and joyous occasion, presided over by Fr. Michael Hontaruk, who was joined by Fr. John Nakonachny, Protodeacon Ihor Mahlay, and Fr. Roman Yatskiv from Monessen, PA. The cathedral's choir, under the skillful direction of Markian Komichak, added to the splendor of the event with their beautiful rendition of the Divine Liturgy and Christmas carols.

The Epistle reading was eloquently performed by Sophia Zhuchyk and Mykola Logvynyuk. The cathedral was filled with faithful parishioners who had come to partake in this spiritual celebration, offering their prayers to the New Born King, Jesus Christ. This spiritual celebration was about recognizing the profound significance of the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ. As our spiritual father, Archbishop Daniel, in his video greeting, wisely proclaimed, "We don't celebrate a date; we celebrate the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ!" This historic moment was a testament to the deep faith and devotion of the parishioners at St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral.

Історичний момент у житті Свято-Володимирського Українського Православного Собору в Пармі, Огайо, стався під час духовного святкування свята Різдва Господа нашого Ісуса Христа 25 грудня. Різдвяна Божественна Літургія була глибокою та радісною подією, яку очолив о. Михайло Гонтарук, у співслужінні  о. Івана Наконечного, протодиякона Ігоря Махлая та о. Романа Яцків з Moнесен, ПА. Пишноти заходу додав соборний хор під майстерним керівництвом Маркіяна Комічака своїм прекрасним виконанням Божественної Літургії та різдвяних колядок.

Апостольське читання красномовно виконали Софія Жучик та Микола Логвинюк. Собор був наповнений вірними парафіянами, які прийшли долучитися до цього духовного свята, возносячи свої молитви до Новонародженого Царя Ісуса Христа. Це свято було визнанням глибокого значення Різдва Господа нашого Ісуса Христа. Як мудро проголосив у своєму відео звернені наш духовний батько Архієпископ Даниїл: "Ми не святкуємо дату, ми святкуємо Різдво Господа нашого Ісуса Христа!"
