On June 18, on Second Sunday after Pentecost on which we celebrated Father's Day in our parish and in many countries. At St. Vladimir Church, this day was marked by a series of special events and programs designed to honor fathers, celebrate their role within the family, and deepen the spiritual bond within the parish family. Through prayers at the Divine Liturgies, a program prepared by the St. Vladimir Children, and a brunch hosted by the St. Vladimir Brotherhood, this day became a meaningful and joyous occasion for all involved.

The day began with the celebration of the Divine Liturgies, where fathers are specially recognized and remembered in the prayers. Father Michael Hontatuk offered heartfelt supplications, seeking God's guidance, strength, and blessings upon fathers in their crucial role within the family. These prayers serve as a reminder of the responsibility and privilege fathers have in nurturing and shaping their children's lives.

18 червня, у другу неділю після П'ятидесятниці у якій ми відзначали також День Батька як у нашій парафії, так і в багатьох інших країнах. У нашій парафії святого Володимира цей день відзначався рядом особливих заходів та програм, спрямованих на вшанування батьків, святкування їхньої ролі у сім'ї та зміцнення духовного зв'язку у парафіяльній родині. Завдяки молитвам на Божественних Літургіях, програмі, підготовленій дітьми парафії святого Володимира, та обіду, організованому Свято-Володимирським Братством, цей день став значущою та радісною подією для всіх учасників.

День розпочався святкуванням Божественних Літургій, де батьки отримали особливе визнання у молитвах. Отець Михайло Гонтарук виголошував щирі благальні прохання, просячи Божого направлення, сили та благословення для батьків у їхній важливій ролі у сім'ї. Ці молитви нагадують про відповідальність та привілей батьків у вихованні та формуванні життя своїх дітей.

At the grand hall of St. Vladimir Church, the St. Vladimir Mrs. Oksana Logvynyuk together with parish’s children have prepared a special program dedicated to honoring fathers. This program was an expression of love and gratitude from the children to their fathers. Through their heartfelt performances, the children aimed to convey their appreciation and admiration for their fathers, making it a touching and memorable experience for everyone involved. During the program, the St. Vladimir Brotherhood organized a brunch for fathers and their families. The brunch is an opportunity for fellowship and togetherness, where families can gather, share a delicious meal, and enjoy each other's company. The St. Vladimir Brotherhood takes pride in preparing a diverse range of culinary delights, ensuring a memorable gastronomic experience for all attendees. У великому залі парафії святого Володимира, пані Оксана Логвинюк разом з парафіяльною молоддю підготували спеціальну програму, присвячену вшануванню батьків. Ця програма була виявом любові та вдячності дітей своїм батькам. Через їх щирі виступи, діти виразили свою вдячність та захоплення своїми батьками, зробивши це вражаючим та незабутнім досвідом для всіх присутніх.

Після програми Свято-Володимирське Братство організовує обід для батьків та їх сімей. Обід створює можливість для спілкування та об'єднання, де сім'ї можуть зібратися, насолодитися смачними стравами та насолоджуватися компанією одне одного. Свято-Володимирське Братство пишається різноманіттям кулінарних витворів, забезпечуючи незабутній гастрономічний досвід для всіх присутніх. Атмосфера наповнена теплом, сміхом та духом свята, створюючи тривалі спогади для батьків та їх близьких.

Також, що молодший відділ Української Православної Ліги (УПЛ) спонсорував значки з українським прапором для всіх батьків, є чудовою ідеєю. Ці значки є символом патріотизму та нагадуванням про наше походження.Спільне святкування Дня Батька та Другої неділі після П'ятидесятниці в парафії святого Володимира має кілька мет.
